I started my private practice in New York City in 2016 after having worked for several years in outpatient clinics in New York City and in Italy. I first pursued my graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan, Italy, and completed my clinical training at the San Raffaele Hospital’s outpatient and inpatient psychiatric unit in 2008. In this setting, I specialized in the study and treatment of Personality Disorders and was awarded a fellowship to train at the Personality Disorder Institute of Weill-Cornell, New York after which I went on to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University, New York. During my doctorate I trained in a variety of settings, mainly focusing on working with children, adolescents, and their families. In 2018 I relocated to Philadelphia and joined the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia which has provided me with a great community for continuing learning and collegial support.
