'm drawn to helping others understand how they ended up "here" through creating space and trust to explore thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I deeply enjoy empowering others through greater self-awareness and meaning making of one's personal journey.
My generalist training and clinical experiences include treating a wide variety of symptoms throughout the life-span. Specifically, early childhood trauma, substance use, gender, racial and ethnic identity, socioeconomic class identity, relationship challenges, chronic irritability, grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar mood, aging and geriatric disorders, faith identity, complex medical conditions, autism spectrum disorders, personality disorders, chronic or persistent mental health challenges, and psychotic symptoms. I am a recent graduate of Widener's Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, and am completing my postdoctoral residency under the supervision of two licensed clinical psychologists, Marc Carafa Psy.D. and Jeremy Frank Ph.D. CADC.
