Bio
In private practice for 25 years, I believe what matters is the relationship and the moment-to-moment exchange that the therapist and the client create with each other. I want the client to feel free to express and discover any and all feelings, thoughts and parts of themselves, and I strive to create a space for that experience. My main influences are: 1) relational psychoanalysis, 2) somatic experiencing and focusing, 3) mindfulness and Buddhist ideas, and 4) attachment theory - all frameworks with much common ground.
